I think im dying!!! please help!?

well it all started about a month ago, me and my mom were both sick with the flu, so we both took the gell pills and we both took two as it said, that night was the worst, at first i felt like i was falling asleep real fast and then i woke up to the feeling like my heart was stopped and then id take a deep breath and my heart would start racing and id like go back to sleeping normally, and this would just keep going, thta night my mom passes out and eventually i fell asleep, but ever sinseive had this feeling that when im resting my heart is stopping and when i take a deep breath the feeling goes away. sometimes it feels like i cant yawn or get all the air i need even tho im taking a deep breath. this is an off and on thing and it seems to happen more when i think about it. tonight is weird i cannot sleep, i havnt had that heart stopping feeling yet but i felt short of breath on the compter and it felt almost as if someone was laying on my chest, and now i am just so afraid to sleep because im afraid something ,ight happen where i wont wake up :(
