Buyn first time car... need yur opinion !!!.......?

ight well ima get my first car pretty soon but i don kno wich i should get.... there both 2000 dollarz .... either an 84 monte carlo wid maybe 140xxx milez it comes wid a lift kit n 22 inch dub rimz n ready for paint... or a 81 cutlass ls it comez with xtra set of tires and rims n many of xrtraz n it only has 37xxx milez . dammm wat yu think i should do....? please help thanks !
