What can i do to help relieve my anxiety quickly?

My heart starts racing like in the 120s my hearing starts to o then I feel disoriented then I black out. This doesn't work to well when ur going for a job interview? Are there any ideas on what I should do I'm even sick to my stomach ight now and I just got up and its not for another two hours
