Me and my dad get along most of the time, but when I try to speak my mind he lectures me for 3 hours and..?

Me and my dad get along most of the time, but whenever I don't agree, (correction I never agree with him but i don't feel like arguing with him 24/7) he gives me a lecture and then calls me sensitive if I cry. Everything I say he literally finds the worst in it. I wanted to a party with my friends at the skating rink and what does he say, "oh so you can get knocked up" AT A FREAKING SKATING RINK WITH PROBABLY 200 PEOPLE THERE. WITH ADULT SUPERVISION. I'm 15 and I hate being a teenager because I don't get to have fun like all my friends do. Its not like I'm a bad kid. I get straight As, do all my chores and then whatever he wants me to do, put up with my 7 year old sister, I do everything he asks me, and he won't return the favor. What do I do? Talking never helps. It just gets me in trouble.
