What would be the best college choice for me?

I`m looking at a few colleges im thinking about going to. I obviously care about my education, but the main things I`m looking for in a school is , how the surrounding city is and activities out of school that are available, the social aspect and how the people there are, partying, and hot girls :) . this list is definitelt not final, but just some ive been looking at that look ok: Gonzaga University, University of Arizona, University of Miami, and University of Oregon. like I said this list is not final aand im open to suggestions that fir the main things im looking for.
