What can i do for a crazy night with not alot of money?

Ok so the world ends tomorrow(yea I know it prob doesn't) but I wanna have a fun ight with my friend!(girl) best friend type. We are both over 20. We don't wanna drink or smoke so party is out. Any random ideas for thins we can do for the night? With a truck, city of Houston and 20 dollars? Haha anything!!!!
