Interruption escorted off ice rink?

I remember watching an ice skating program, years before I believe, and someone, I think Michelle Kwan or someone, was about to do her program when this guy with a tutu and a sign steps out into the rink. Anyone remember this event? He was escorted off the ice, and...yeah. Been trying to find a video or find it in the first place with noooo luck.
