How to get noticed by guys?

Alright, so im not really the prettiest girl ever, but im not ugly either. Im 14. Im kind of chunky, but not overly fat. I go out with my friends every friday to hang at the skating rink because thats the cool thing around here. Lol. Theres always a lot of cute guys there but they never notice me. I need some help.. I usually skate a lot because I have my own skates and there really cool but its always so hot and I get sweaty and its gross. How can I prevent that? And how do I talk to them? Is there any subjects I can just randomly bring up like " hey I like your skates" or something.. Idk I just want a guy to notice mee. Hah. Plase help?
