How can I go out? Excuses? Help PLEASE?

I have a date on Monday, but my parents don't know I date. What excuse can I use to get out of the house and to the ice skating rink. They're the kind of parents that ask "Who, What, Where, When, etc" They sometimes wanna see the person as well. /: They CANNOT see my with a guy or they'll freak out.None of my friends can make it with me so what should I do?! >.<
