Can i go to a free clinic without my parents knowing?

this is what going on Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex sometimes but this time my period came early and on the first it came down heavy and light color(normally dark and ight coming down) im at least a week early bleeding before my regular period had cramps and stuff but also on the third day I barely bleeded at all and only third day I barely bleeded at all and only llike3 piece of the blood clot things came out is this a f upd period or implantation bleeding out is this a f upd period or implantation bleeding (update still barely any blood) can i go to a free clinic without my parents knowing i have my insurance card could i do it
